Lauren Cupp sets
course record in winning
fourth straight Women's

ROME - Lauren Cupp shot a 70 Sunday at Rome Country Club to
set a new course mark in winning the Rome City Women's Amateur.
The win was Cupp's fourth consecutive victory in the event. It was
contested over two days at both McConnellsville and Rome.

The previous record was set by Victoria DeGroodt, who shot 71
during the 2011 New York State Women's Amateur.

Cupp finished with a 149 total after posting a 79 Saturday at
McConnellsville Golf Club.
